AWF Poznań. Poznań University of Sport and Physical Education is the oldest sports university in Poland and the third oldest in Europe. It is the only university in the region offering courses with coaches of world sports stars, lecturers with many years of academic experience, and young academic teachers.
Modern sport and education center
A modern sport and education centre is located in the very heart of the city. The University has modernised facilities, including a sports centre with a gym, an indoor cycling and aerobics room, a swimming pool with a sports recovery facility, a multifunctional stadium with a field hockey field, tennis courts, and fencing halls.

Over 100 years of history
After 105 years of activities, the Poznań University School of Physical Education is one of the best physical culture academic universities in Poland, carrying out research on a high level, developing sports, and educating physical education teachers, managers, sports coaches, dieticians, physiotherapists, dancers and scholars in neurobiology.
